" Helping those in need and watching them smile drives my dedication to what I do. I believe that there are still so many ways to make this world a better place and I would like to take a step in the direction of betterment for all. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: IMPACTS

In a world where mental health is often overlooked, my project, Impacts, aims to shine a light on the importance of mental well-being, particularly among individuals who have experienced trauma, such as victims of sexual assault and those in toxic relationships. As part of our focus on Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3), I aim to raise awareness about mental health issues and provide resources to help individuals achieve better mental wellness. Recently, I have expanded my focus to support university students, recognizing the unique challenges they face, navigating their own mental health challenges. By creating supportive environments and offering educational workshops, we strive to foster resilience and empower individuals to take charge of their mental health.
