Millennium Fellowship Project: Justice Reinvented: Empowering Institutions for Peace

Our project, Justice Reinvented: Empowering Institutions for Peace, is aligned with SDG 16 (Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions) and UNAI 8 (Peace and Conflict Resolution). Through this initiative, we aimed to strengthen peace and justice by fostering dialogue, collaboration, and actionable change within our campus community at NMIMS Bengaluru.
One of our key achievements was creating a Peace Charter for the campus, built on insights gathered from over 50 responses via surveys and community discussions. This charter lays out concrete measures to ensure a harmonious and peaceful environment for all.
We also organized impactful events, such as the SDG Dialogue Table Round, which brought participants together to engage in meaningful conversations about global challenges and solutions. By encouraging collective action, we worked to create a stronger foundation for peace and justice, not just within our institution but as a model for broader communities.
