" Agility, complemented by communication and strategic thinking, enables my work in legal and policy research. As a Millennium Fellow, the opportunity for open and constructive dialogue, will enable an opportunity for peer-learning in the institutional sessions, with my university cohort, offering fresh perspectives from their respective projects. I am excited at the prospect of learning more from my peers, and the opportunity for the semester of leadership incubation, further supporting my work on the Policy Pathways Project. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Policy Pathways - Law for Public Policy

This initiative focuses on empowering young leaders and changemakers from Northeast India by equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to drive impactful, sustainable change. Through workshops, capacity-building programs, and mentorship opportunities, we aim to nurture their potential to contribute to policymaking, governance, social entrepreneurship, and environmental advocacy.
The project is rooted in addressing systemic challenges unique to this ecologically sensitive and culturally rich region. By fostering collaboration and amplifying local voices, we aim to bridge gaps in access to resources and ensure representation in regional and national platforms.
Our work is built on the principles of inclusivity, sustainability, and capacity-building. We believe in empowering communities with tools and opportunities to design solutions that are locally grounded yet globally relevant.
