Millennium Fellowship Project: Mpox; Hygiene, Health, Knowledge
The Mpox; Hygiene, Health, Knowledge project aims to educate college and university students, as well as the general public, about the importance of hygiene and health practices in preventing the spread of Mpox (Monkeypox). Our project objectives are:
- Raise awareness about Mpox transmission, symptoms, and prevention
- Promote hygiene practices, such as handwashing and proper disinfection
- Provide accessible health education materials
- Collaborate with local healthcare professionals for guidance and support
To achieve these objectives, we will:
- Organize awareness sessions in colleges and universities
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp) for awareness campaigns
- Create engaging content (infographics, videos, posts) and share updates from reputable health organizations (WHO, CDC)
- Distribute informative materials (brochures, posters)
