Millennium Fellowship Project: Art for Wellness

Art for Wellness is a creative initiative promoting emotional and mental well-being through artistic expression. Designed for students, it offers awareness on activities like painting, journaling, and collage-making to reduce stress, foster mindfulness, and encourage self-expression. By blending creativity and color psychology, the project empowers participants to build resilience and strengthen emotional awareness in a supportive, inclusive space.

About the Millennium Fellow

Shanzeh is a dedicated student pursuing a degree in Nutrition at the National University of Medical Sciences. Their academic journey is marked by a strong interest in understanding the complexities of human health and well-being. Alongside their studies, Shanzeh has a deep passion for painting, often immersing themselves in creative endeavors that reflect their artistic spirit. Known for their resourcefulness and capability, they excel in balancing their academic pursuits with their love for creativity, demonstrating a unique blend of scientific curiosity and artistic talent.
