" I'm deeply passionate about education's transformative power in empowering individuals and communities. However, witnessing educational inequity firsthand has fueled my desire to make a positive impact, particularly in providing quality education and mentorship to underserved youth like those in Pakistan. The Millennium Fellowship's commitment to empowering young leaders resonates deeply with this passion. As a Fellow, I aim to leverage the program's resources and network to amplify the impact of Project Mashaal and inspire others to contribute to social development. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Mashal
Mashal is a social impact initiative dedicated to reducing the disparity between FSC and A-Level students in Pakistan. Our mission is to empower underprivileged students by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive academically and professionally.
Through career counseling, skill development workshops, and practical learning experiences, we aim to:
Provide equal access to essential soft and digital skills.
Offer real-world exposure through internships and networking opportunities.
Prepare students for both local and global challenges in education and employment.
With a strong focus on SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), Mashal is creating pathways to success for over 1,000 students from Tier 3 colleges across Islamabad and Multan.
Join us in reshaping education and empowering the next generation!
