" The passion of exercising sympathy and love towards the children who should be at school fulfilling their right to education is the main factor fuelling the enemy I have towards the work that I am doing .
The probability that I will acquire relevant skills from the Millennium Fellowship is certainly one ,meaning I am very sure that being part of Millennium Fellowship will surely be a good step for me as well as targeting the SGD goal number 4 "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Dollar A Day Project
My project is dollar a day project.This project focuses on children who are not going to school.It is not mainly on children who are orphans but also those who are under privileged.
About the Millennium Fellow
Sifiso Ndlukulwane Ncube, a student at the National University of Science and Technology, currently pursuing her degree in Economics and Econometrics . She resides in the outskirts of Makokoba which is a small suburb in Bulawayo ,Zimbabwe .Residing in a place where most of the are illiterate and lack opportunitynto go school is the main factor that pushed her to start a project of raising funds to take the financial crippled to go to school .looking at how the economy is facing challenges ,she understands that some parents reason behind of not taking the children to school might be lack of funds hence that is why she initiated such a brilliant project.
At the age of 12, she would donate her lunch box to her colleagues at school and at times save her pocket money just to help the needy. From what she always says , she wishes that jn the near future she opens home for every child especially those in her community who are not going to school. Sifiso asires to achieve Sustainable Development Goal number4 of quality education
