" Being a Millennium Fellow fuels my determination to challenge societal norms and
promote gender equality. I envision a world where every individual can reach their full
potential, regardless of gender or background. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Her Future, His Strength

"Her Future, His Strength" is a targeted outreach program to empower secondary school girls and boys with critical knowledge and skills for their holistic development. The project focuses on educating girls about reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, and the dangers of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), while also addressing boys' mental health and emotional well-being.
The program aims to create a generation of informed and resilient young individuals who can make better decisions for themselves, while also promoting gender equality and emotional intelligence.
From August to December 2024, our project will engage communities through awareness programs, targeted training, and social media campaigns. We are committed to creating a safer, more inclusive environment where both women and boys can thrive, breaking down barriers and fostering mutual respect and understanding.
