" "I am excited to be a Millennium Fellow because it offers the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals, gain invaluable insights, and access resources that will amplify my efforts to address food insecurity and create a more equitable community. I believe in the power of collective action to uplift those facing challenges, and I am committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of others." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Campus Feed x Climate Action

Campus Feed x Climate Action addressed food insecurity among students while promoting climate-conscious practices. It aimed to provide food support to financially disadvantaged students at Obafemi Awolowo University and raised awareness about the link between climate change and food security.
A webinar titled “Climate Change: A Threat to Food Security” educated participants on the impact of greenhouse gas emissions, ozone layer depletion, and sustainable solutions. By integrating social impact with environmental responsibility, the initiative fostered a future where food security and climate resilience go hand in hand.
