United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

It aims to raise awareness about clean energy and climate action while providing digital skills training to empower youth for economic opportunities

About the Millennium Fellow

Peace Clement, an Electronics and Electrical Engineering student at Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, is passionate about teaching and sustainability. During a 6-month internship at Schneider Electric, he join in organizing training on cleaner and renewable energy, focusing on solar and energy efficiency. With leadership and communication skills, he has worked on projects like Accelerometry Data Acquisition and Heat Control Chamber. Committed to sustainability and the 17 sustainable development goals, Peace aims to make significant contributions in the future.
