Millennium Fellowship Project: Roots of Wellness!

Roots of Wellness is a dedicated initiative aimed at promoting both mental and physical well-being. It seeks to address the often-overlooked issue of mental health, especially within vulnerable groups such as the elderly and orphaned children. By cultivating environments that encourage active living, foster social connections, and provide emotional support, the project strives to alleviate loneliness and enhance overall wellness. The ultimate objective is to develop a blueprint for community-based wellness practices and create an integrated model that combines orphanages with old age homes, fostering mutual support and meaningful intergenerational bonds.
