" I am deeply committed to advancing women's education because I have witnessed firsthand the immense potential of talented women who, unfortunately, have not had the opportunity or guidance to fully realize their abilities. My passion lies in providing these women with the opportunities and mentorship they deserve, empowering them to overcome societal barriers. I believe that every individual, regardless of gender, should have equal access to opportunities, and that education is a fundamental right for every woman. My goal is to contribute to changing mindsets and fostering an environment where women can thrive and reach their full potential. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering Women's Education Through Career Counseling
We were working on a project, Empowering Women's Education through career counseling in which we developed a questionnaire and visited the local schools of girls. Over there we introduce career counseling to them and informed them about the different paths they can follow to get access. We had taken a questionnaire from them which were focussing their interest and the way forward. On another visit, we visited them again and get their insight about career counseling which were very impressive and with positive impact.
