" I am committed to leaving a positive impact on society and driving progress. The Millennium Fellowship provided me with a platform to contribute to social causes, including efforts to end bonded labor. This small step of mine can have a significant impact on someone's life. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Bidesiya

Project Bideshiya aims to empower and equip bonded laborers—abandoned by their illegal employers and left with nowhere to turn—by providing them with the skills needed to secure sustainable livelihoods. The goal is not just rehabilitation, but true self-sufficiency through technical training, enabling them to lead independent and dignified lives. We begin by registering these individuals under relevant state and central government schemes, acting as a bridge to help them access their entitled funds. Following this, we enroll them in workshops and programs tailored to develop their skills and ensure a stable daily income.
