United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: நட்பு (Friendship)

"நட்பு (Friendship)" is a community-based initiative established under the Millennium Fellowship project, with a focus on fostering collaboration among children. The primary objective is to nurture young minds aged 5 to 15 at the elementary level, allowing them to develop before being significantly influenced by external environments. This initiative empowers children from rural areas and economically disadvantaged communities within Chennai.

About the Millennium Fellow

Shrinidhi Lalgudi is a young and aspirational Bcom undergraduate student in Sastra
University Chennai. Growing up under the ever present Chennai sun , she's someone
who has seen the various societal ideologies and viewpoints from a young age. An
ardent admirer of words , she wants to try and create a positive impact and awareness
through them and the subsequent actions that they create.
