Millennium Fellowship Project: Woven Together
Project Woven Together aims to bridge the gap between secluded and majority communities by fostering a spirit of inclusivity and sustainable coexistence. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), this initiative is dedicated to creating equitable spaces where marginalized groups can thrive alongside mainstream populations, contributing to the creation of resilient, inclusive, and participatory communities. By weaving together diverse threads of society, Project Woven Together aspires to create a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable world.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hersha Maria Johnson is a compassionate, driven undergrad business student from India. Her exposure to orphanages and nursing homes instilled a passion for helping others. These experiences have fueled her ambition to make a positive impact on those in need. Hersha actively participated in the Young Innovators Program (YIP), where she honed her entrepreneurial skills. Hersha's dedication to making a difference also led her to become a vital member of the student parliament, where she advocated for her peers' concerns. She is passionate about creating meaningful change and constantly seeks opportunities to contribute to the community through volunteering or engaging in social initiatives.
