Millennium Fellowship Project: IlluminatEd
IlluminateEd is a project that focuses on providing innovative education to underprivileged children, addressing the gap in access to quality education despite it being a fundamental right in India.
At IlluminateEd, we go beyond traditional learning by exposing children to engaging, real-life scenarios where they can apply their mind. We cover a range of topics, including gender equality, fundamental rights and duties, safety, personal hygiene, child labor, child marriage, and other social issues, all taught in their mother tongues.
Our approach emphasizes on critical thinking and the practical application of knowledge.
Additionally, we work to spread awareness about the importance of education, encouraging parents to enroll their children in schools.
About the Millennium Fellow
Jyotiraditya Roychowdhury is a devoted law student committed to leveraging the law for societal benefits as a penultimate year law school student at Symbiosis International (Deemed University) NOIDA. Jyotiraditya has always believed in creating an inclusive space for every individual that promotes human rights across society. Throughout Jyotiraditya’s life, he has advocated for continuous learning and collaboration to uplift the underprivileged. Jyotiraditya aims to contribute by creating social impact by providing quality education to society and helping nurture a reasonable and progressive society for social development.
