Millennium Fellowship Project: Destigmatize the Mind

"Destigmatize the Mind" is a personal initiative aimed at addressing the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in India. The project seeks to foster open conversations, raise awareness, and connect individuals with accessible mental health resources. It was driven by my personal experiences with stress and anxiety, which highlighted the profound impact of mental health challenges and the lack of adequate support.
Through seminars and an online platform, the project provided communities with knowledge, resources, and tools to navigate mental health issues effectively. The initiative aimed to normalize seeking help and create an environment where mental health is acknowledged and respected, with the ultimate goal of dismantling stigma and promoting well-being for all.
