Millennium Fellowship Project: Pragati: Steps Towards Progress
Pragati: Steps Towards Progress is a dedicated organization established in 2011 to provide free education to children from poverty-stricken backgrounds. Recognizing the crucial role of education in breaking the cycle of poverty, the organization offers holistic learning up to Class 6, focusing on essential subjects such as Mathematics, English, Hindi, General Knowledge, and Moral Values. Sainya Matri Shakti goes beyond academics, instilling daily life habits and good values, which are instrumental in shaping responsible, confident individuals.
About the Millennium Fellow
Prisha Sethi is a passionate, driven, and confident young teen pursuing a bachelor's in Business Administration degree from Symbiosis International (Deemed) University, Pune. She hails from the clean and green city of Chandigarh and is currently living in the Oxford of the East, Pune. On account of having been surrounded by people who ardently believe in social welfare, she feels strongly about human rights, animal welfare, and women's empowerment. She is a member of the Board of Directors, acting as the current Professional Development Director, of the Viman Nagar Rotaract Club. She wants to make a tangible impact in the world and bring about reforms that will truly lead to a positive outcome in the society.
