" "I am deeply committed to ensuring that every individual, especially those from marginalised communities, has access to the knowledge and resources that can change their lives. In a country as diverse and dynamic as India, the government rolls out numerous schemes and programs designed to uplift and empower every section of society. However, the true potential of these initiatives can only be realised when the people they are meant for are fully aware of them. I started this initiative because I believe that informed citizens are empowered citizens. I want to be the bridge that connects them to the opportunities that can transform their futures. This fellowship empowers me to amplify my efforts and to make a tangible impact on the lives of those who are most vulnerable. The opportunity to learn, grow, and lead within a global community of change-makers is truly inspiring." "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Pahal

Project Pahal is an initiative rooted in the belief that informed citizens are empowered citizens. In India, a country known for its diversity and dynamism, government schemes and programs are often designed to uplift marginalized communities and address social inequalities. However, these initiatives frequently fail to achieve their intended impact due to a lack of awareness among the target population. Recognizing this gap, Project Pahal was launched with the vision of breaking barriers to information access and enabling citizens to make informed decisions about their lives and futures.
