Millennium Fellowship Project: CSIA- Community Strength In Action

Community Strength in Action (CSIA) is a transformative project dedicated to eliminating local poverty and promoting mental health awareness. With a focus on suicide prevention, CSIA fosters community togetherness as the foundation of its impact. By addressing economic challenges and prioritizing mental well-being, the initiative empowers individuals to overcome struggles collectively. CSIA embodies the belief that true strength lies in unity, driving sustainable change and nurturing a supportive environment for all.

About the Millennium Fellow

Sooraj Sunil Nair, a 19-year-old student at St. Joseph's University, Bangalore, is pursuing bachelor's in Biochemistry and Zoology with a deep passion for Molecular biology. He believes in the intricate relationship between science and art, seeing both as complementary forces that inspire innovation and creativity. An avid poet and skilled leader, Sooraj effectively blends his love for science and creative expression with a commitment to driving positive change. As he puts it, "Science is akin to the tuner of a violin; without its meticulous adjustments, the melodies of knowledge remain unsung."
