United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Together We Rise

My project is called Together we Rise this project addresses Food Insecurity. In todays society as long as the rich and middle class can afford food the issue of food insecurity is overlooked but the reality is that elders children mothers fathers are dying on the streets because of lack of food.The project is to bring individuals of the society together and build this individuals that are suffering. The community will come together to share a meal, clothes , guidance and counseling and share their expertise to provide holistic support for the target audience.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mitchelle Kyalo is a 20 year old that is passionate to make a change. She is determined to alleviate suffering and develop the individual to reach their full potential. Let us work together with her to make an impact now and for the future generations.
