Your Health, Your Wealth is a student-led initiative focused on raising awareness about mental health among international students at Suez University, Egypt. Recognizing the high prevalence of mental health challenges, particularly among international students, the project aims to provide education, resources, and support to promote mental well-being and resilience, ensuring that students can thrive both academically and personally.
About the Millennium Fellow
James Deng Garang Ngong is a dedicated medical student and a student leader. He currently serves as the secretary of research and publication, South Sudan Medical Student Association-Egypt. Deng is a 2024 Pan African Organization for Health, Education, and Research(POHER) Scholar, representing Northern Africa Region. He was an awardee of 2024 POHER- University of Missouri Coumbia global health scholarship. This prestigious scholarship recognizes his potential to make significant contributions to global health research.. He is a global citizen aiming to make world a better place. He is passionate about being a doctor to better lives.
James is known for his enthusiasm and proactive approach to learning. He actively seeks out opportunities to expand his knowledge and skills through engaging with the broader global community.
