United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Increase Awareness on Reproductive health

Increase awareness on reproductive health based on decreasing the number of different cases associated with reproduction like family planning misconceptions, STI's, unprotected sexual intercoarse and hygien.

About the Millennium Fellow

Hajra Lahdad Mohamed, born in Zanzibar, Tanzania, is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine at The State University of Zanzibar. She previously earned a diploma in Clinical Medicine from the College of Health and Medical Sciences, where she was recognized as the best student. Known for her leadership skills, she has consistently excelled academically and participated in various debates during high school and community health initiatives. Her experience includes addressing community health issues and leading projects aimed at solving local problems, reflecting her commitment to both her education and her community.
