Millennium Fellowship Project: Community Health Awareness Initiative
This project aims to educate and empower local communities with essential knowledge about preventive healthcare. The project focuses on increasing awareness of the causes, prevention, and management of common communicable diseases like malaria and typhoid, as well as non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Through workshops, campaigns, and accessible educational materials, this initiative seeks to promote healthier lifestyles, encourage early detection, and reduce the disease burden within the community.
