Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental health+well being
My project teach why mental health is important and how to deal further with mental health and wellbeing. The project is targeted at youth especially those below 20 and above 13 around Nepal. This project teaches students how to deal with it for each rural area municipality or development area school, students. And also gave teachers, parents, and caregivers 6 to 16 weeks of training. This training for students will be only for 2 to 6 days. With experts had a great experience in this sector. This project, it will create a potential impact on youth and society members that mental health issues and well-being are really important in today's age and how to deal with, recognize, and get help sooner rather than later.
About the Millennium Fellow
Aaditya Bidari is a multifaceted individual currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Information Technology at Help University, Malaysia and language from tirbhuvan university, Kathmandu. His educational background is quite impressive - he has a Graduate in diploma-level 2 certification in Air Cabin Crew from City and Guilds, as well as a certification in Psychological Counselling from the Counselling Psychology and Social Study College at Tribhuvan University in Nepal. But Aaditya's interests extend far beyond the classroom. He is a language enthusiast, having achieved a Level 1 proficiency in Spanish from Bishwa Bhasa Campus at Tribhuvan University. His linguistic curiosity doesn't stop there - he aspires to learn Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean as well.
When he's not studying or expanding his linguistic repertoire, Aaditya indulges in a variety of hobbies and activities. He is an avid traveler, runner, cyclist, and hiker, always seeking new adventures and challenges. He also has a passion for learning new skills and fixing technical equipment, showcasing his versatility and problem-solving abilities.
Interestingly, Aaditya is also an assistant yoga teacher, certified by the Patanjali Yog Pith in Nepal. This reflects his holistic approach to well-being, as he believes that both physical and mental health are crucial. In addition to his yoga teaching, he works as an education coach, guiding students and young people in Nepal and abroad about various career opportunities. He is a certified Level 1 Career Coach by Mindler India and a UK Agent Guide certified by the British Council. Despite his many accomplishments, Aaditya remains grounded and focused on being a good human being, dedicated to making a positive impact on the world around him.
