Millennium Fellowship Project: First Responders
The First Responders Initiative is a project aimed at empowering young individuals with essential first-aid skills. By utilizing available resources and partnering with local experts, the project seeks to create a network of trained first responders who can effectively respond to emergencies within their communities.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ahialaka Olivia is a talented and globally-minded medical student at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, with a unique blend of academic and volunteering experiences. Throughout her life, Olivia has consistently demonstrated a fierce passion for advocating women’s health, sexual and reproductive rights, and fueled by her experiences within diverse international communities and her unwavering commitment to driving positive change. Throughout her secondary school and University journey, Olivia has established a remarkable track record of spearheading empowerment initiatives and women’s reproductive health and rights campaigns, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills. She is committed to building on this momentum, aspiring to pursue a professional path that enables her to further champion her passions and make a meaningful impact in achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
