Millennium Fellowship Project: Varsity Insights: Basco Edition
My project is aimed creating a balance between student academics and social life in the university at the same time promoting peace different cultures and nationalities in the university. Cultural diversity is good till we all learn to live and appreciate each other, without that there's no hope to a better future and my project was solely based on that.
About the Millennium Fellow
Edison Tshokodiso Suping is a talented and driven geology student at the University of Botswana in Gaborone. Hailing from the village of Thamaga, Botswana, he is passionate about helping others, volunteerism, fashion, cultural exchange, youth empowerment, and gender equality. These passions have fueled Edison's diverse professional, community, and social work experiences, as well as his involvement in volunteerism.Throughout his time at the university, Edison has held various leadership positions and demonstrated his leadership skills. As a dedicated volunteer, Edison strives to make a positive impact on his community and society. His dedication to sustainable development and advocacy aligns closely with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, which he aspires to contribute to in his future career. With his unique blend of academic knowledge, leadership experience, and community engagement, Edison is poised to make a meaningful impact in his chosen field and beyond. As he continues to pursue his passions and pursue his goals, Edison is certain to leave his mark on the world.
