Millennium Fellowship Project: Empowering Climate Action: Sustainable Solutions for a Greener Future
The project focused on combating climate change by raising awareness and empowering individuals to take actionable steps toward sustainability. Through workshops, webinars, and community outreach, it provided practical solutions to reduce carbon footprints, encouraged renewable energy adoption, and promoted eco-friendly practices. About the Millennium Fellow
Myra Thadani, a junior at the University of British Columbia, is deeply committed to transforming society through education and literacy. As a psychology and economics major, Myra has founded and participated in numerous projects aimed at fostering equitable access to education, believing that every individual deserves the opportunity to find their place in the world. Her passion for education stems from a belief that it is the cornerstone of personal and societal growth, empowering people to discover their true passions. Myra aspires to create a world where knowledge serves as a bridge to equal opportunities and lasting change.
