Millennium Fellowship Project: Equal dreams initiative

The Equal Dreams Initiative is a social impact project aimed at addressing educational inequality faced by orphans. It provides mentorship, skill-building workshops, and health check-ups to empower orphans with the tools they need to succeed. Inspired by the socio-political crisis that has caused many children to drop out of school, this project strives to create equitable opportunities for education and personal growth. Through advocacy and tangible support, it fosters a future where every child, regardless of circumstance, can achieve their dreams.

About the Millennium Fellow

I am Donald Ngwani, a civil engineering student at the University of Buea's Faculty of Engineering and Technology in Cameroon. Born in Wowo, in the North West region, and currently studying in Buea, in the South West region, I am passionate about using my skills to promote sustainable development. My commitment to social impact inspired me to lead the Equal Dreams Initiative, a project aligned with the UN's fourth goal of ensuring quality education for all. Through this initiative, I strive to uplift underprivileged communities by advocating for accessible and inclusive education. I believe that engineering and education together can drive significant change, and I am dedicated to making a lasting impact in Cameroon and beyond.
