Millennium Fellowship Project: Youths for Health Equity
The Youths for Health Equity project aims to advance SDG3 by providing capacity-building, community outreaches, and health education to youths and adolescents in underserved communities in Nigeria and Africa.
About the Millennium Fellow
Victor Femi-Lawal is a medical student at the University of Ibadan, health advocate, and global health researcher focused on non-communicable diseases, SRHR, child and adolescent health, and HIV/AIDS. He works with Polygeia, UK, an international global health think tank, and serves as Vice President of the Federation of African Medical Students' Associations (FAMSA). Co-Founder and Director of Research and Policy at The Mafita Initiative, Victor advances social impact through research and community-based interventions. A Kectil Colleague, his research is published in multiple peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.
