About the Millennium Fellow
Kemigisa Rebecca Patience is a twenty one year old Ugandan girl who is driven, intelligent and creative. She is a student at Uganda Christian University pursuing a Bachelor of Laws. She is passionate about impacting people's lives through counseling, promoting justice, fairness and spreading love.
