Millennium Fellowship Project: The Elsie Endeavor

The Elsie Endeavor is a non profit organisation dedicated to connecting and turning girls who can into women who do primarily through mentorship. We run a 7 week program in junior high schools, matching them with volunteer mentors based on their long and short term goals and a personality test mentees take at the start of the program.

About the Millennium Fellow

Alexander Egyin-Nyenku is a bright young student of the University of Ghana, where he studies Political Science, Philosophy and Classics. He enjoys reading fiction and philosophy, watching films and other visual media, listening to different forms of music and reading about international politics and history. He started engaging in the sport of competitive debate in 2020, and since then, he has been exposed to multiple social, political and economic issues in our world. His engagement with the fine arts and humanities has led him to believe that they are necessary for human actualisation and happiness, and he believes that his life goal is to effectively provide community initiatives that help build awareness around these human ventures. He hopes to pursue a career in International Relations in the future.
