United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship would grant me that exposure and nurturing field. I cannot wait to tap into great expertise and knowledge from persons all over the world. I am happy to be a Fellow because I finally have the exposure and developing platform I need to be a better leader in my society and my country. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project 345

It is a coalition project that focuses on the third, fourth and fifth UN Sustainable Development Goals, that is with a specific focus on Mental Health, Quality Education and Gender Equality. The project generally targets the youth on issues pertaining to mental health such as stress, anxiety resulting from schooling, the provision of quality education in line with the Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education(FCUBE) that is a mandatory requirement in Ghana and Girl-Child empowerment by erasing stereotypes and forwarding newer narratives on the freedoms and abilities of the girl-child

About the Millennium Fellow

Angelina Eshun is a brilliant, confident and aspiring young lady. She studies Law in the University of Ghana. Born and resides in Ghana, she has a desire to change her society and nation at large. Growing up in a community where dreams and aspirations are unfulfilled because of lack of funds and support has fuelled her desire to bring a hope and a new light to young boys and girls who know how to dream but are unable to turn them into reality. She believes that every Ghanaian young girl and boy who posses qualities and talents should be given the opportunity to realize their goals and nothing should be a barrier to them. She has a mission and that mission is to change a future of that Ghanaian girl or boy .Her motivation is that every needs a fair ground to soar high regardless of the circumstances they find themselves. She strongly upholds that the future is not for rich and vision less but for the talented and goal-oriented. As such she plans to use this opportunity to aid the needy and helpless.
