Millennium Fellowship Project: Project 345
It is a coalition project that focuses on the third, fourth and fifth UN Sustainable Development Goals, that is with a specific focus on Mental Health, Quality Education and Gender Equality. The project generally targets the youth on issues pertaining to mental health such as stress, anxiety resulting from schooling, the provision of quality education in line with the Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education(FCUBE) that is a mandatory requirement in Ghana and Girl-Child empowerment by erasing stereotypes and forwarding newer narratives on the freedoms and abilities of the girl-child
About the Millennium Fellow
Janneth Nnenna Abla Kekeli Edwards is a law student at the University of Ghana, Legon. Janneth has a strong commitment to mental health awareness. Janneth works with her team at the Hearers and Givers Counselling Foundation to provide mental first aid and promote understanding and tolerance of mental health issues . Janneth also writes articles and pieces on trending legal issues and social justice published on the Law Platform.
