" "As an aspiring advocate for education and youth empowerment, I desire to gain valuable insights into the educational and socio-economic challenges facing young people within Ghana through the Millennium Fellowship. I aim to gain and develop practical skills in leadership, project development, and management, as well as new approaches to education and youth development. Also, building a network of of like-minded individuals through the Fellowship would be an added advantage.
The fellowship is one of the few youth-led programs in the world that seek to empower the youth to unleash their potentials to contribute substantially to social impact. I further hope to enhance my cultural competency and resilience through the Fellowship to enable me to work more effectively in diverse settings." "
