United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

" Becoming a good leader is one of the greatest achievements I want to attain in life. Being a leader is not only about the traits I possess or what I do alone; the approach, the channels and people I impact constitute the my leadership skills, and I believe the skills aren't only about self acquisition but also through shared knowledge, mentorship, coaching, and the likes, I will be able to develop my leadership skills better. Joining the Millennium Fellowship is a medium to meet new people, build networks who share same goal as me in changing the world, and alongside building my leadership ability. "

About the Millennium Fellow

Sherita Elorm Ayivi is an optimistic, resilient, intelligent, and hardworking lady, who comes from West Africa, Ghana to be precise. She lives in the Greater Accra region of Ghana, and she studies at the premier university, university of Ghana. She reads social work and French, and is an environmental enthusiast, who loves to engage in every eco-friendly activities or practices. She had no idea on sustainable practices until her time in the university, when she was introduced to sustainable development goals, and practices to ensure these goals are manifesting. That's how she engaged in projects such as food systems with some basic schools like Graceham Academy, also climate change discussions with students of high-speed school which is evident in the African Youth Conference, which was organised by the Strategic Youth Network for Development (SYND), few months ago. Sherita Elorm Ayivi, is a lovely and adorable personality, who seeks to enhance the social well-being of people in a society. She stands for positive impact.
