United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Through this immaculate medium, I can be able to serve in areas that matter and I can ensure that I help to spread awareness on climate change to the world. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Sustainable Development and Environmental Awareness

This project aimed to raise awareness about urgent environmental issues among rural communities. By educating individuals on the potential environmental disasters looming ahead, the project highlighted the steps they can take to mitigate these challenges. Additionally, it emphasized the direct impact of these environmental concerns on their health, fostering a sense of responsibility and empowerment to take action for sustainable future.

About the Millennium Fellow

Diejomaoh Modupeoluwa Roseline is a brilliant and enthusiastic learner and is always willing to make positive impacts around her. She is a flexible writer and a student of Federal University of Agriculture, Nigeria. Where she is currently studying Environmental management and Toxicology an avenue where she can learn about the various aspects of managing a sustainable environment. While in her undergraduate program, she has been involved in different activities and programs that promotes sustainability, raising awareness through various mediums.
She plans to improve sustainability practices, touch more lives and help create a habitable future.
