This fellowship will broaden my horizons, enabling me develop better leadership and relationship skills. It will enhance my confidence, allowing me share my ideas with the rest of the world. It will also contribute to helping me become the kind of man that is well grounded and ready to stand doggedly for the things I believe. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Better Hygiene, Better Health
The project aims at primarily enlightening the public, especially secondary school children on the importance of proper waste disposal and standard hand hygiene in the prevention of common communicable diseases.
About the Millennium Fellow
Stephen Okezie is an intelligent, curious, and diligent medical student who is passionate about making social impact. He is particular about acheiving his personal development goals chief of which include knowledge acquisition, writing, effective communication, and leadership experience. He is a patriot who believes in the vision of a prosperous Nigeria and is willing to fight for it. He is an ardent lover of psychology and philosophy and hopes to combine them with his specialty to carve a unique career path.
