Sustainable Development Goal 3 addresses Health and Wellbeing. Mental health is an aspect of health that is often neglected especially in this part of the world. Mental health advocacy and awareness seek to address all issues that forms barricades against people seeking help on time

About the Millennium Fellow

Bill Utsu is currently serving as the President of a Leo Club, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep commitment to community service. From a young age, Bill has been actively involved in voluntary organizations, dedicating time and energy to causes that matter. His extensive experience in these roles has cultivated a passion for service and personal growth. As he looks to the future, Bill is eager to harness and expand his skills through the Millennium Fellowship, seeing it as a vital opportunity to further his impact and contribute meaningfully to society.
