Millennium Fellowship Project: The Revolution Change Makers
This project, aligned with SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), focuses on unity and justice. In response to the visible corruption during the last elections, it aims to organize sensitization programs for students. The initiative seeks to reignite their hopes, educate them about their rights, and inspire them to work towards achieving free and fair elections in the future.
About the Millennium Fellow
Achema Manasseh Iko-ojo is a young, vibrant and intelligent 20 year old 3rd year Medical Student at the University of Jos, Jos Plateau State Nigeria where he studies and lives at. Born in Kogi State, Nigeria in a family of six and being the first child, Manasseh had always been one to carry on responsibilities in an effort to make things work wherever he finds things not working.
He believes strongly that enlightening people with the mindset to always set out in doing the right things is the the solution to many of the problems of corruption, injustice, mismanagement and a host of others that plague his Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. His passion strongly aligns with SDG'S 5, 8, 10 and 16 and one of the reasons he joined the Millennium Fellowship this year is to build strong connections and align with young people that have a similar passion and seek for the growth and development of Nigeria and Africa.
