Sexual Health Awareness Project is a Sexual Health Awareness Program/Outreach geared towards Providing Information and Awareness about Safe Sexual Practices and Sexually Transmitted Infections to University of Jos Students.
About the Millennium Fellow
Dorcas Abutsa is a dedicated and passionate sixth year medical student at the University of Jos, Nigeria, driven by a desire to make a positive impact in her community. With a strong commitment to healthcare and wellness focusing especially on maternal health. She started getting involved in activities as these since her early days as a medical student, 2018. Dorcas has been involved in various initiatives, focusing on education, awareness, and service delivery. Her expertise spans community development, health promotion, women empowerment and program management. Dorcas is a team player, always ready to collaborate and inspire others to join her in creating a healthier and more equitable society.
Dorcas aspires to be in a professional field where she can cultivate advocacies concerning women and health and provide her own contribution in the development of the United Nation's Sustainable goals.
