About the Millennium Fellow

Dangwam Jude Kangan is a bright young and hardworking Medical Laboratory Science
student at the University of Jos, in Nigeria.
He was born in Doemak, resides in Doemk and is currently studying at Jos, Nigeria. For
as long as he could remember, Jude has been a passionate advocate for Good health
and wellbeing. This passion is derived from Jude's experiences and relationship with
people most especially those in rural areas who lack access to basic good health, and
his continuous dedication to advocating for good health and wellbeing of individuals.
As a student he has been able to volunteer and partner with several groups and
foundations who tend to promote the importance and actualisation of good health and
wellbeing in the society, reaching out to a number of people and providing some basic
healthcare they need. Jude has identified some basic health care a rural community
needs and would be glad to use this platform to reach out to them.
Jude aspires to be in a professional field where he can further cultivate these
advocacies and health awarenesses and provide his own little contribution to the
development of the United Nation's Sustainable Goals.
