United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

back to the society was has been store in me has always been my speeding train.
With Millennium Fellowship, this will fuel my desires to give back much that is in me as
in line with visions and missions of SDGs and UNAI.
I am excited to get expose to all the possibilities that may come my path as I learn and
share that which is in me. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Harnessing The Girl-Child Power

This project is geared towards educating, supporting and giving a voice to the girl-child towards harnessing their will-power in making their immidiate community a place they want to live in.
This project is targeted to inspire approximately 5,000 girl-child around the world of the importance of their contributions to thrir communities and the more reason to want to get involve in the development of our present world and to inspire a girl towards taking her place in the leadership sector and how to be great leaders which is a natural quality in every girl.

About the Millennium Fellow

Mudimka Kassam is a curious, philosophical and intelligent young man whose quest to
learn, serve and to conserve the beauty embedded into mother earth is a driving
factor to his being. He hailed from Jos, the capital city of Plateau State in Nigeria. As a
curious being and one who loves to explore, his high school days was at COCIN
Comprehensive College, Gindiri where he focused on Sciences, and then moved on to
study Physics and Computer Science in Education during his College days in the
Federal College of Education Pankshin. Upon graduation from College, he went on to
study Medical Laboratory Sciences in the University of Jos, Jos, Nigeria.
His leadership skillsets, and the quest for learning to give back to the community has
been his primary goal. He has been involved in various human rights campaigns and
tends to always help build a better community by giving back that which he has stored
in him. He believes in the saying; "I may not be the mind to change the world, but I will
definitely be the one to spark the mind that changes the world"
