Millennium Fellowship Project: Antimicrobial Resistance Education & Awareness ( AREA )
Antimicrobial Resistance Education & Awareness seeks to educate 500 university students about AMR through advocacy and direct interaction so they can support global efforts to combat AMR.
About the Millennium Fellow
Nnaemeka Joseph Edeh is a gentle, optimistic, and generous individual who was born
and raised in Jos, Plateau state, Nigeria. He has always been passionate about
improving the healthcare system in his country, particularly in the area of cancer
treatment. With a clear vision for change, Nnaemeka has dedicated himself to finding
solutions to this complex issue. He may not have all the answers, but he is determined
to play a key role in creating a masterpiece of positive change. Nnaemeka is
undaunted by the challenges that lie ahead and is grateful for the opportunity to
contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals.
