United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthier Together

Healthier Together is aimed at equipping secondary school students who are almost transitioning into university with valuable knowledge on good health and well-being. The aspects of health ranges from good health to mental health to physical fitness and time management.

About the Millennium Fellow

Anthonia Buraimo is a bright, young Pharmacy student at the University of Lagos. She currently resides and is studying in Lagos, Nigeria. As someone who has had first hand experience on what lack of access to good food is,she has always been an advocate of good nutrition. Throughout Anthonia's high school years and currently in her college years,she has always volunteered and helped in carrying out projects relating to the SDG2. From Anthonia's health knowledge in Pharmacy school,she knows the importance of good food and how it can affect the immune system. Anthonia aspires to be in a professional field where she can cultivate these advocacies further and provide her own contribution in the development of United Nation's Sustainable Goals.
