Millennium Fellowship Project: EmpowerU: Innovating Communities Through Education And Sustainability
The overall aim of EmpowerU is to create a more equitable and sustainable future by educating and empowering students and communities. Through a focus on equality, education, health, and sustainability, we seek to foster a generation that is not only aware of their rights and responsibilities but is also actively contributing to a healthier, more inclusive, and environmentally conscious society.
About the Millennium Fellow
Josu Adebayo Sewanu is a penultimate student at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, pursuing a degree in Educational Management. With a strong background in Graphics Design and a passion for leadership and social change, he has served as a social media coordinator for the Vote Not Fight campaign. As a Millennium Fellow, Josu focuses on SDG Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, dedicating himself to empowering youth and fostering inclusive opportunities.
