United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Healthy Children, Healthy Future (HCHF)

The HCHF project is a community empowerment project aimed at equiping children and young adult in local communities with essential health knowledge and skills towards living a better healthy life and making good health informed decisions. The activities of the project includes periodic visits to selected secondary schools within a rural community with the target on the senior schools, to sensitize and educate them on various aspects of health and healthy living. A particular focus on waste management and hygiene, sexual health and drug abuse.

About the Millennium Fellow

Adebayo Oluwabojutomi is a dedicated and passionate young leader with a strong academic background and current major in Nursing Science at the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is driven by a desire to empower underserved communities through health promotion initiatives that fosters positive change. With a proven track record in community development and leadership, Adebayo’s project aim to bridge the healthcare knowledge gap in underserved areas. After completing his degree, Adebayo plans to pursue further education and opportunities that strive to advance global progress and human well-being.
