United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. This year, 52,000+ young leaders applied to join the Class of 2024 on 6,000+ campuses across 170 nations. 280+ campuses worldwide (just 5%) were selected to host the 4,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: EmpowerU: Innovating Communities Through Education And Sustainability

The overall aim of EmpowerU is to create a more equitable and sustainable future by educating and empowering students and communities. Through a focus on equality, education, health, and sustainability, we seek to foster a generation that is not only aware of their rights and responsibilities but is also actively contributing to a healthier, more inclusive, and environmentally conscious society.

About the Millennium Fellow

Oluwaseun Olatunji is an intelligent, young and enthusiastic individual.
She was born and resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is a third year law student at the University of Lagos. Her decision to study law was propelled by her ambition to make an impact in the society. She is passionate about quality basic education for all and gender equality.
She hopes to use her law degree to make a change through the justice system.
