Millennium Fellowship Project: Save A Young Mom
The Support a Young Mom project aims to provide hope and support for teenage mothers who face neglect, rejection, and isolation after becoming pregnant at a young age. Many of these young mothers struggle to cater to their children alone, often unable to continue their education and facing emotional trauma that affects both them and their children. This project seeks to empower these young moms by offering guidance, emotional support, and resources to help them rebuild their lives. It aims to ensure that their children receive proper care and upbringing while providing opportunities for the mothers to resume their education and achieve meaningful lives despite their challenges.
About the Millennium Fellow
Dahunsi Opeyemi is a bright, smart and intelligent young lady who hails from Ado-ekiti, Ekiti state, Nigeria and she presently studies Radiography in the College of Medicine, University of Lagos. The love for leadership as always been part of her right from primary school and it is still very much alive in her as she occupies various leadership position from secular to religious circle. She's a lover of God and a devoted Christian. She's a writer, a spoken word poet and a stage actress. She has a global ministry where she's dedicated to reaching the unsaved, unloved and most importantly the broken people in the society seeking for love. She's a great and diligent leader who aspires to always work with social impact visions for the betterment of the society and she's ever willing to work with and learn more as she joins the Millennium Fellowship Network towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Goals.
