Millennium Fellowship Project: A New Reason to Live

A New Reason to Live is a project designed to provide unlimited access to mental health support, resources and education, through awareness, campaigns and advocacy. The vision is a world where every young person can thrive.

About the Millennium Fellow

Precious, a driven student of History and Strategic Studies at the University of Lagos, Nigeria, is dedicated to championing social justice and change. Born and raised in Nigeria, she has explored various global issues before discovering her passion for mental health and suicide prevention.
In 2023, Precious founded a mental health support community, leveraging her team's efforts to provide vital support outside traditional professional settings. Her goal is to augment the work of professionals and make a meaningful impact.
With aspirations in healthcare, policy analysis, and law, Precious aims to contribute to achieving the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Through her endeavors, she seeks to create lasting change and promote a culture of mental wellness.
